Our goal is to put women in decision-making positions, ensuring equitable representation in government roles.

The gap

Women, especially Women of Color are disproportionately represented in public office. Those that do secure a position, find themselves hitting a glass ceiling with limited support to move to high-level positions like Governor or US Senate.

OPPORTUNITY

Despite the odds, when they take the leap, women often WIN. The first step is entering the race, often hindered by uncertainty, lack of clarity on the election process and feeling inadequate.

Our Solution

Renegade Renaissance provides education and resources tailored for women candidates, to identify the right roles that will give them the platform they need to champion their communities through elected office and increase equitable representation in the process.

We support candidates in building an effective brand and communications strategy, in turn reducing the costs of training and maintaining a full-time communications staff, often a key barrier for candidates with limited resources and experience in that space.

OUR CURRICULUM

Role

First, we’ll dig deep into what’s fueling the fire inside of you for public service. We’ll guide you in identifying the roles available at all levels of government based on your goals and the initiatives you want to bring to life.
PLATFORM

Next, you’ll craft a winning pitch and platform, honing in on the causes you care about, highlighting your experience and expertise, and communicating why you’re the best person for the office.
CONNECT

Finally, we’re ready to share you and your platform with your future constituents. We’ll learn what it means to create an engaging visual identity that connects and share your story with a communications strategy that engages a diverse group of voters.
